Like many returning foes, the Alien Queen has changed a bit since she appeared in Duke Nukem 3D.
The Alien Queen actually once had far more mammary glands than her current iteration.
Particular attention was paid to the stylings of her face and head.
Unapologetically firm, the Alien Queen stands tall against all foes.
